If you are scheduled for a cost incurring visit, payment is due to the technician or the office at the completion of the service. We do not bill for any service. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, physical check, check payment over the phone, or cash.
High's Chimney Service has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This cancellation policy ensures that we schedule the correct amount of time for each technician so that they arrive promptly to each and every job.
If you book an appointment with less than 24 hours notice then you immediately fall within this cancellation policy.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change confirmed appointments or on-site quotations.
If 24 hours notice is not given, or you are a no show to your appointment a $50 cancellation fee will be billed to you.
Deposits paid towards repairs or installations are non-refundable if not cancelled with in 72 hours. With the exception of custom items which are always non-refundable.
